2575 : Reading list 2019: #24 : Frederic Dard's The Executioner Weeps

Easily one of the best books I have read in the year. Not for the language, its quite simple and straight forward, but for the plot. It just sucks you in. Completely addictive.

The imagery is vivid, and the story awesome :-).

Its a crime thriller with a twist, and was written in 1957.

I have told myself that I will finish most Frederic Dard books soon :-).

Go for it. On a scale of 10, almost a perfect 10.

Brings my 2019 total to 4141 pages.
