Just 2 days ago, was reading in either Open or Tehelka (don’t exactly recall which one)….an article which basically was describing how it can be difficult to see even your estranged (from you) parents die. Its a terrible process. The author was describing how he had never had a great relationship with his dad, but seeing him die slowly from a delibating condition, still left him(the author) completely afloat and clutchless
I recall reading that, and saying “ahem….maybe I agree!!”
Funny. Today, I felt exactly like the author. To see that process is indeed difficult. Life is never one “happy path”, its a path….you choose to view it as happy or otherwise.
